Building pathways out of poverty for women, youth, & children

Rescue Initiative for Sustainable Development (RISD) is a Non-Governmental Organization informed by a strong passion, zeal and commitment to salvage a larger part of the society that are trapped in the web of poverty, disease, hunger, lack or low level of education, poor hygiene and sanitation and misery. Such category of persons who constitute basically women, youth and children are highly vulnerable and voiceless. The aim of the NGO is to create and promote strategic and workable framework that will bring about change, development and progress that will entrench good governance through the life of dignity, respect, social inclusion and enhanced quality of life.
